The mushroom supplements are great! The only downside is that I can't seem to get the powder to dissolve in hot or cold drinks (may be user error) so I wish there was a capsule option for the AM/PM mixes that would make it a little more convenient and less of a hassle on a daily basis. Other than that, I love this product!
